False Information Provided in RTI Reply by HCI London – Formal complaint filed with Appellate Authority

December 2, 2010

Further to my post on the False information provided by High commission of India, London under Right to Information Act, 2005, I’ve filed a formal complain to the Appellate Authority Mr. C Rajasekhar, Minister (Political, Press & Information). I send the complaint by email to min.pol@hcilondon.in. I’ve also requested Mr. C Rajasekhar to provide me the reply I’ve asked in RTI application.

If I didn’t receive reply to my RTI then the next step is to file complain directly to Central Information Commission.
