High Commission of India London Website
First of all HCI London website is completely rubbish.
Not only rubbish but also it is either hacked or being miused by the companies to sell links to private parties as I’ll detailed below.
I remember few years back their FAQ page used to work whereas you can submit FAQ question and they would answer. I remember submitting one question whereas I asked question regarding implementation of Dual Citizenship. I also remember that the answer to that question was published on the website.
I wanted to post some more questions and hence I visited HCI London Website’s FAQ page http://hcilondon.in/faq.php and to my horror I found that the link to submit FAQ question is redirecting to http://india.visahq.com/ which is a private website and should not have any connection with HCI London.
High Commission of Indian London Website Hacked
There are onlye 2 conclusion to it
1) The website is hacked and the hackers are trying to redirect traffic to http://india.visahq.com/ website. Or
2) The people who maintain the website have sold the link to http://india.visahq.com/
There are no other way to explain this.

I was searching for PIO card application form and first went to:

where the charge was £640 !!!
then found this:
http://www.hcilondon.in/pdf/pio1.pdf
where the charge is £215 ! Big difference, though I’m not sure which is the “official” one

No idea mate! I’m still Indian and didn’t need any PIO or such shit.
Try to Google more and if you can’t find then fill up both forms and carry £640 with you to deal with worst case scenario.
When you arrive at the counter, handover the £215 form and money and when the clerk try to humiliate you and says this is not correct form go back and come tomorrow with new form then produce the new form and slap on his face and piss him off.
